Organic rye flour made from high-quality cereals from South Tyrolean farmers! Organic rye flour type 1 is the classic rye flour with a strong and tasty flavour. It is particularly suitable for the production of mixed breads and typical South Tyrolean specialities such as Venostini (especially typical of the Vinschgau Valley, called "Vinschgerle" in German) or pasta specialities such as Schlutzer (round fresh pasta ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta cheese).
