DELIVERY AND PAYMENT


Delivery terms

- Delivery is available to Italy, Germany and Austria. Delivery to other countries can be requested by e-mail at shop@molinomerano.it

- Goods can also be collected directly from our premises.

- The minimum order value is €100.00.

- We deliver free of charge to Italy for orders over the value of €800.00, and to Germany and Austria for orders over €1,000. 

Our delivery service does not include additional services such as:
•    porterage
•    deliveries by appointment
•    storage charges for absent consignee. In this case, a double delivery will be invoiced.
Important: please ensure that someone is always available to collect the goods from the delivery address given at the time of ordering.

For orders over the value of €800, delivery is free. For goods ordered below the value of €800, the following delivery costs apply:

You will be notified by telephone before the delivery is made.

GERMANY AND AUSTRIA
Delivery is free for orders over the value of €1,000. 
For goods ordered below the value of €1,000, the following delivery costs apply:

Delivery times

In our online shop you can see whether the desired item is currently available and how soon we can dispatch it. Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the goods will be delivered within 2-6 working days to Italy, and within 3-8 working days to Germany and Austria. Please note that deliveries only take place on working days.
•    Delivery will be made to the delivery address indicated during the order process. We determine the delivery method, delivery route and delivery company at our discretion.
•    We do not offer partial deliveries. However, Molino Merano reserves the right to divide the delivery into several parcels or pallets for logistical reasons. 


Missing items and complaints

There are various reasons why an item may be missing from your parcel: 
•    One (or more) of the items was available at the time the order was placed, but we had to cancel it. This item will be listed separately on the delivery note/invoice and the respective amount will not be charged. If you have paid in advance, the amount will automatically be credited to your account.
•    Your shipment has been divided into several packages. Not all parcels are always delivered at the same time, missing items may follow in a further delivery.
Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer must ensure that the product delivered corresponds to the order; only after this verification can the buyer sign the delivery documents. Any damage occurring during transport must be reported immediately to the carrier and the seller.

Shipment tracking

Once we have despatched the goods, you will receive a delivery confirmation with a tracking link so you can view the delivery status online.
Please note: the delivery status is not usually available until the following day.


Delivery to an alternative address

It is possible to ship to a delivery address other than the billing address. Just indicate the desired delivery address (by clicking on “Addresses” in your account menu, you can change the existing addresses or add new ones). 
Please ensure the recipient at the alternative address is able to accept and collect the delivery.

 

Returns and refunds

If you are not satisfied with your delivery, e.g. due to damaged or wrongly delivered goods, please contact our customer service on +39 0473 497 220 or by e-mail at shop@molinomerano.it. Together we will agree on possible refunds or replacement deliveries.

We offer the following payment methods:

IMPORTANT! please indicate in all cases the order code received with the order confirmation. Otherwise, the correct allocation of the payment may not be guaranteed. 
Reservation of the goods takes place only upon receipt of full payment. Bank transfers (including transfers online) can take 1-3 business days to process. For urgent orders, we therefore recommend that you choose another payment method. 
If an item is not available, we will refund the amount within 14 days.
 

2. Credit Card
We offer payment by credit card in cooperation with the payment service Stripe.
We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit cards. Please provide us with the following information: credit card number, expiry date, issuing bank/financial institution and the security code of your credit card. The security code is a three-digit code on the back of the card. This code guarantees the security of your online payment.
Depending on your credit card settings, you can also request a 3D-Secure code, which provides you with additional protection for online purchases. You will usually receive this code via SMS directly from your credit card company.
If an item cannot be delivered, we will credit the overpaid amount to your credit card within 14 days. Please note that the credit from the credit card company is always sent at the end of the month.

3. PayPal
If you choose to pay via PayPal, you will be directly forwarded to the PayPal website. Log in with your access data and confirm the payment. The amount will be debited from your PayPal account immediately.
If an item cannot be delivered, the amount will be credited to your PayPal account within 14 days.

Order security

To ensure the security of your personal data, your account registration is encrypted (128-bit encryption via SSL) and stored on secure servers. For security reasons, we recommend that you do not disclose your password to third parties.
