Following the cessation of this event, the Party concerned shall endeavour to restore the provision of the benefits which have ceased to exist as soon as possible. If the interruption of the fulfilment of the contract due to force majeure prevents a Party from complying with its obligations for a period of more than one month, both parties shall reach an agreement on the further execution of the contract.
Without prejudice to all the effects of these general terms and conditions of sale, each contracting Party has the right to withdraw from the contract by notifying the other Party in writing if no agreement is reached on the further execution of the contract.
