Ingredients

1000 g Mix for muffins & plumcakes gluten-free
600 g egg
400 g sunflower oil

Preparation

MIXING* Combine all the ingredients in the mixer on a medium-high speed for 6 min. using a flat beater and until a consistent mixture is obtained.

SHAPING Pour the dough mix (approx. 60g) into the moulds up to a two-thirds capacity.

BAKING Bake in a fan oven at 170-180 °C for 25 min. with valve open for final 5 min.
