Kamut® Khorasan wheat is grown exclusively organically and has never been modified. This grain is an ancient grain, a cross between durum wheat and a wild form of wheat. Kamut® is therefore ideally suited for the production of fresh pasta, but also for bread, as it scores with a high gluten content and an appealing golden yellow colour. The flour from Molino Merano has a slightly sweet taste and gives the baked goods and pasta a very special touch. Advertising the use of Kamut® in your communication has to be confirmed by a licence.
