Organic rye flour rustic
Molino Merano organic rustic rye flour (type 1) is a relatively light-coloured flour with a slight husk content - and therefore a stronger taste. It is particularly suitable for the production of mixed breads and typical South Tyrolean specialities such as Venostini (especially typical of the Vinschgau Valley, called "Vintschgerle" in German) or pasta specialities such as Schlutzer (round fresh pasta ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta cheese).
