Organic wholemeal medium spelt flour
Spelt dicoccum is one of the oldest cultivated cereals along with spelt monococcum and is particularly rich in fibre, protein and nutrients. It contains, among other things, methionine, an essential amino acid, which is hardly found in other cereals, but is particularly important for vital functions. This flour is obtained by cold milling. Suitable for sweet and savoury baked goods.
