Ingredients

250 g spelt flour
75 g milk
125 g cane sugar
3 eggs
150 g sunflower oil
1 baking powder
2-3 apples
½ tsp salt

Preparation

Blend the flour and the baking powder.

Mix the oil with the sugar, salt and the eggs for about 7 min.

Add the flour and finally the apples, cut into small cubes. Transfer the dough to the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven at 170°C for about 30 min.
