| 200 | g | Wheat flour type 00 nr. 2 bio | 
Preparation
- In a bowl, soak the diced figs, raisins, and grated lemon zest in the rum, and set aside while you prepare the rest of the mixture.
 - Using a whisk, mix the apple puree with the oil and sugar. Then add the flour and baking powder and stir until well combined. Add the roughly chopped dried fruits and candied fruit, then finally mix in the figs and raisins with their soaking liquid.
 - Grease a 20-22 cm round cake pan and pour the mixture into it. If you like, decorate with a pattern of almonds and walnuts, then bake the Zelten at 170°C for about 40 minutes (always check with a toothpick).
