300 | g | rye flour type 1 |
80 | g | olive oil |
130 | g | water |
5 | g | salt |
q.s. | various seeds (sesame, chia, ...) |
Preparation
- Mix the rye flour, salt and various seeds in a large bowl.
- Add the oil and mix all the ingredients with a spatula, then add the water and knead.
- Pour the dough onto the work surface and knead until smooth and homogeneous.
- Sprinkle the work surface with flour and roll out the dough with a rolling pin (approx. 3 mm).
- Cut the crackers with a knife to the desired size.
- Place the crackers on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Brush the crackers with olive oil and sprinkle the surface with coarse salt and seeds.
- Bake in a static oven preheated to 180 °C (160 °C convection oven) for about 15-20 minutes.
- Leave to cool on a wire rack.
