Dessert Pizza with Strawberries and Hazelnut-cocoa-spread

Ingredients for 4 small pizzas

500 g Miscela per pizza
280 g Water (approximately 30°C)
25 g Olive oil
200 g Strawberries
q.s. Hazelnut cocoa spread


  1. Mix the pizza mix and water in a bowl and knead into dough. Add olive oil and continue kneading until a smooth dough forms.
  2. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for about 60 minutes in a warm place.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and let them rise again, covered, for about 45 minutes in a warm place.
  4. Roll out each piece of dough with a rolling pin and place it on a baking sheet. Prick holes in the dough with a fork and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C, both top and bottom heat, for about 8-10 minutes, until the crust is lightly browned.
  5. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool.
  6. Generously spread the cooled pizza with Nutella, leaving a small border.
  7. Wash the strawberries, cut them into pieces, and distribute them on the Nutella-covered pizza.
