Ingredients
500 | g | miscela per muffins glutenfree |
6 | eggs | |
1 | package | sachet of vanilla sugar |
200 | g | sunflower oil |
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix slowly for approx. 2 min. and then for approx. 6 min. on the highest speed.
- Fill the finished batter into muffin cups.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C top/bottom heat (155°C convection oven) for approx. 25 min.
