Ingredients for 1 tray (60x40)

500 g Mix for pizza, bread & focaccia glutenfree
7 g Dry yeast
30 g Sunflower oil
8 g Salt
30 g Honey
500 g Lukewarm water


  1. Knead all ingredients in a dough machine for about 6 minutes until a smooth dough forms.
  2. Roll out the dough on a tray (60x40), cover it, and let it rest at room temperature until the volume of the dough doubles.
  3. Spread the dough with tomato sauce.
  4. Preheat the oven to 220°C top/bottom heat (200°C convection). Pre-bake the pizza for about 20-25 minutes. Remove the pizza from the oven, top it with desired toppings and mozzarella, and bake for another 15 minutes.
