50 | g | cream |
240 | g | butter |
Preparation
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix for approx. 5 min. on medium speed.
- Pour the finished batter into a plumcake tin lined with baking paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C top/bottom heat (155°C convection oven) for approx. 25 min.
