Sheet Pan Pizza

|Water (approx. 30°C)
- Mix the Pizza Mix with 275 ml of water and 25 ml of olive oil until you obtain a smooth and soft dough. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 1 hour in a warm place.
- Roll out the dough in a greased baking pan and press it down slightly. Let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Add desired toppings to the dough.
- Preheat the static oven to 225°C.
Place the pizza in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the toppings are well-cooked.
