Ingredients

250 g green lentils
1 pear
100 g cooked beetroot
200 g valeriana salad
q.s. honey
q.s. olive oil
q.s. white balsamic vinegar
q.s. salt
q.s. pepper

Preparation

  1. Bring plenty of water to a boil, add salt and cook the green lentils over low heat for about 20 minutes. 
  2. Wash the valerian salad.
  3. Wash the pear, core it and cut it into small pieces. 
  4.  Mix lentils with valerian and season with salt, pepper, honey, olive oil and vinegar.
TIP: pears can be replaced with seasonal fruit!
