Ingredients
For 2 loafs
| 1000 | g | Mix Universal glutenfree |
| 800 | g | water |
| 25 | g | fresh yeast |
| 22 | g | salt |
| 30 | g | oil |
| 20 | g | honey |
Preparation
Knead the dough for 7–9 minutes at medium-high speed until smooth and homogeneous. Divide the dough into two pieces of approx. 500–600 g each. Shape each piece and place on the tray.
- Cover with a cloth and leave to rise at room temperature for approx. 60 minutes or until doubled in volume.
- Bake in the oven at 190 °C (fan) for approx. 20 minutes. Increase the temperature to 200 °C and bake for a further 20–22 minutes. For the last 10 minutes open the oven vent to release steam and achieve a crispy crust.
