Ingredients

For 2 loafs

1000 g Mix Universal glutenfree
800 g water
25 g fresh yeast
22 g salt
30 g oil
20 g honey

Preparation

  1. Knead the dough for 7–9 minutes at medium-high speed until smooth and homogeneous. Divide the dough into two pieces of approx. 500–600 g each. Shape each piece and place on the tray.

  2. Cover with a cloth and leave to rise at room temperature for approx. 60 minutes or until doubled in volume.
  3. Bake in the oven at 190 °C (fan) for approx. 20 minutes. Increase the temperature to 200 °C and bake for a further 20–22 minutes. For the last 10 minutes open the oven vent to release steam and achieve a crispy crust.
