USING IT IN THE KITCHEN?
Hemp can be used in cooking in the form of seeds or flour.
- Hemp seeds are used in cooking in a variety of preparations, such as in muesli or yoghurt, but are also excellent, when roasted, in salads. What makes them so popular is their very pleasant taste and high digestibility.
- Hemp seed flour can be used to make fresh pasta if combined with other flours. As dosage, we recommend using a 5% of the flour weight.
DID YOU KNOW THAT:
- Hemp is often associated with possible effects on the psyche and therefore, states of intoxication. But these effects are not produced by Cannabis Sativa and the seeds extracted from it: only those varieties that contain less than 0.2% THC, the substance that causes alterations in the psyche.
- Hemp is naturally gluten- free.
