Ingredients

400 g Mix for multigrain bread gluten-free
200 g water
80 g sesame oil
1 cucch.ino baking powder
q.s. salt

Preparation

  1. Combine the seed bread mix, instant baking powder, and salt in a bowl to evenly distribute the dry ingredients. Add the water and begin kneading, then incorporate the sesame oil and work briefly until a smooth dough forms.
  2. Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and roll it out into a thin rectangle. Cut strips about 2 cm wide, fold them lengthwise onto themselves, and gently twist to form elongated grissini.
  3. Place the grissini on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, leaving a little space between them, and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (392 °F) for about 15 minutes until golden and crispy. Allow to cool before serving.

Tip: For an even flakier and more flavorful result, lightly brush the surface with oil before baking or sprinkle with additional seeds as desired.
