Ingredients

500 g mix pizza-pane-focaccia glutenfree
7 g dry yeast
30 g sunflower oil
8 g salt
30 g honey
500 g lukewarm water

Preparation

  1. Knead all the ingredients until a homogeneous dough is obtained. 
  2. Divide the dough and form it into the desired shape. Cover and allow to rest at room temperature for about 60 minutes. 
  3. Moisten the surface of the dough with water. 
  4. Bake in a static oven at 220 °C (200 °C ventilated oven) for about 60 minutes.
