Ingredients
500 | g | mix pizza-pane-focaccia glutenfree |
7 | g | dry yeast |
30 | g | sunflower oil |
8 | g | salt |
30 | g | honey |
500 | g | lukewarm water |
Preparation
- Knead all the ingredients until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
- Divide the dough and form it into the desired shape. Cover and allow to rest at room temperature for about 60 minutes.
- Moisten the surface of the dough with water.
- Bake in a static oven at 220 °C (200 °C ventilated oven) for about 60 minutes.
