Ingredients
30 pcs.
| 1000 | g | Zero Frumento - gluten free mix for muffin, plumcake etc. |
| 600 | g | egg |
| 400 | g | sunflower oil |
Preparation
MIXING* Combine all the ingredients in the mixer on a medium-high speed for 6 min. using a flat beater and until a consistent mixture is obtained.
SHAPING Pour the dough mix (approx. 60g) into the moulds up to a two-thirds capacity.
BAKING Bake in a fan oven at 170-180 °C for 25 min. with valve open for final 5 min.
