Ingredients
| 500 | g | Mix for cake and sweets gluten-free |
| 5 | Eggs | |
| 1 | package | Vanilla sugar |
| 50 | g | Cream |
| 240 | g | Butter |
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix slowly for approx. 2 min. and then for approx. 6 min. on the highest speed.
- Fill the finished batter into muffin cups.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C top/bottom heat (155°C convection oven) for approx. 25 min.
