Ingredients

Ingredients for 4 crêpes

For the crêpes
1 egg
140 ml milk
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
75 g Oat flakes flour
For the filling
2 Golden apples
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon coconut sugar
2 teaspoon lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Prepare the crêpe batter by whisking together all the ingredients until smooth.
  2. Cook the batter in a non-stick pan over medium heat, making thin crêpes. With these quantities, you should obtain 4–5 crêpes.
  3. In a separate saucepan, combine the diced apples with cinnamon, sugars, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Stir with a spoon, then add a splash of water (about half a glass).
  4. Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, or until the apples reach your desired consistency.
  5. Fill the crêpes with the apple mixture and roll them up, or fold them if preferred.
  6. For extra flavor, spoon the syrup formed during cooking over the crêpes to decorate and enhance the taste.
