- Knead all ingredients for 6 minutes at low speed and 8 minutes at high speed until the dough is smooth and elastic and comes away from the edge of the bowl. Cover with a cloth and leave to rise at 24°C for 45 minutes.
- Now roll out the dough without applying too much pressure, place it on the oiled baking tray and let it rest again for approx. 60 minutes at 24°C. Cover the pizza with the prepared topping.
- Bake in a static oven preheated to 220-230°C (190-210°C fan oven) for about 20 minutes.
