Spelt bread rolls

|Water (approximately 30°C)
Mix the ingredients for about 8 minutes in a stand mixer at medium speed.Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 35 minutes or until it doubles in volume.
- Divide the dough into 8 parts, shape them into rounds, and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Cover again with a cloth and let them rise for about 30 minutes or until they double in volume.
- Dampen the surface of the dough
slightly with some water.
Bake in a preheated oven at 230°C (static oven). After 5 minutes, reduce the temperature to 190°C and continue baking for about 20-25 minutes until done.
