APPLE PIE WITH UNITOP
Ingredients
| 150 | g | Mix Unitop gluten-free |
| 150 | g | cold butter |
| 150 | g | sugar |
| 100 | g | eggs |
| 150 | g | plain yogurt |
| 5 | g | baking powder |
| 1 | g | cinnamon powder |
| 2 | g | salt |
| 60 | g | diced apples |
| q.s. | vanilla | |
| q.s. | grated lemon zest | |
| q.s. | sliced apples |
Preparation
MIXING* Mix the butter and sugar on a high speed. Gradually add the egg and salt. Incorporate the yoghurt, lemon zest, cinnamon and vanilla then add the sifted baking power. Add the diced apple.
SHAPING Pour the mixture (approx. 150 g) into 10 cm round ring tins, previously greased with butter. Decorate with finely-sliced apple and caramelise with brown sugar and icing sugar.
BAKING Bake in a fan oven at 180 °C (356 °F) for 35-38 mins with the valve closed, opening the valve for the last 8 mins.
