Ingredients

for 6 cakes

300 g Mix Unitop gluten-free
300 g egg whites
200 g egg yolks
350 g sugar
5 g baking powder
3 g salt

Preparation

MIXING Whip stable and creamy egg whites and sugar on high speed in the planetary mixer with whisk. Add the egg yolk and allow the mixture to work a little. Finally combine all the powders.

SHAPING Pour 150-200 g of mixture into previously buttered rings on lined baking trays.

BAKING Bake in a fan oven at 180-190 °C for 18-25 min. with valve open
