Ingredients

For 3-4 pcs

800 g Soft wheat flour type 0 orange
200 g Wholemeal wheat flour
20 g salt
40 g FINUM – Lievito madre
650 g water

Preparation

KNEADING TIME Knead until the dough is smooth and dry.

SHAPING Divide the dough into 450 g for 10x20x10 cm loaf tins and press down onto the bottom.

LEAVENING Let the dough rise at 30 °C, covered with a cloth, until it is 3cm from the top edge of the tin.

BAKING Close the tin. Bake at 200 °C for approx. 45 min. Remove from the tin immediately after baking.
