Organic teff flour gluten free
The first to open up the trend for Molino Merano's organic teff flour were all those who had to go without gluten. Teff flour has two very special properties - it is free of gluten proteins, but unlike other gluten-free flours it still has enough binding power for doughs of all kinds. It is therefore also suitable for pancakes, biscuits, cakes and bread. Teff flour can also be used in cooking, e.g. to bind soups or sauces and for homemade pasta.
