Pumpkin seeds
These pumpkin seeds from the Styrian oil pumpkin are excellent for garnishing salads and give bread and pastries a very refined note or serve as decoration. They are also a popular addition to muesli mixtures or simply nibbled in between meals - as a delicious power snack. Their nutty flavour comes out particularly well when they are toasted briefly.
