Fine oat flakes
Made from selected cereals previously steamed, compounded and dried, oat is a cereal with ancient origins and traditions. It is an excellent source of proteins and of vitamins B1 and B2, but also has antioxidant substances. Used as an ingredient in bread making, for decorations and in granola.
