Organic fine wholemeal wheat flour
Our organic wholemeal flour which includes the germ, is rich in fibre and achieved by grinding carefully selected soft wheat. The bran is milled finely until it is almost no longer visible. This guarantees an even, bright colour. Suitable for aromatic, rustic wholemeal baking products.
